Notice of Claimed Infringement

If you believe that content accessible via EzlaScan's platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a notification pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512(c), by providing the following information in writing to our Designated Copyright Agent:

The EzlaScan name, logotype, platform name, product names, and all associated visual identities are trademarks or registered trademarks of EzlaScan Technologies FZE in the United Arab Emirates and other jurisdictions. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.

Applicable Law

These legal notices and all matters relating to EzlaScan Technologies FZE are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically the laws and regulations of the Dubai Internet City Free Zone and the laws of the Emirate of Dubai as applicable.

Any disputes arising in connection with EzlaScan, its services, or these notices shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) or such other courts as EzlaScan may designate at its sole discretion.

Where EzlaScan files enforcement actions or coordinates takedown processes internationally, the applicable jurisdiction for those actions shall be the relevant local jurisdiction (e.g., DMCA under U.S. law, DSA/DSM under EU law). EzlaScan maintains compliance with all applicable laws in the jurisdictions where it operates.
